2. Information on the right of cancellation and instructions

Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without citing reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.

In order to comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient for you to dispatch the notification of your exercising of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must return all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from you selecting a different form of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and within fourteen days of the day on which received the notification of your cancellation of this contract at the latest. To make this repayment, we shall use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances shall you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, depending on which is earlier. You must send or hand the goods back immediately, and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract at the latest. The period shall be considered complied with if you dispatch the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. You shall be responsible for the direct costs of sending back the goods.
You must only provide compensation for any loss of value in the goods if the loss in value is due to handling by you that was not necessary for inspecting the properties, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion of cancellation
A right of cancellation does not exist for distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are not ready-made and whose manufacturing is determined by individual selections or specifications of the consumer, or whereby the goods are clearly tailored to the needs of the consumer.

3. Information on defect claims, customer service and guarantees

The defect claims follow the legal regulations. For goods, the warranty period is 2 years. The good must be immediately inspected for obvious defects after delivery. No guarantees shall be assumed regarding the delivered goods or services, beyond the statutory warranty provisions. Details of the warranty can be found in §6 of our General Terms and Conditions.

4. Information on the Individual Provisions of the Contract

b. Characteristics of the goods and servicer, pricing are directly described in relation to the offered product. Subject to change.

c. Payment, fulfilment, delivery: The details regarding the payment and delivery can be found in the section „Customer information > Payment“ or „Customer information > Shipping costs“.

The delivery period within Europe is 2 - 3 days. With advance payment, the delivery payment only begins after receipt of your payment.  If an item should not be deliverable, we shall notify you of this and the delivery time, if possible. If you should not agree to this delivery time, you can cancel your order/parts of it.

5. Technical Steps for the Commencement of the Contract/Error Correction

Technical steps for the commencement of the contract/error correction between you and Beco Technic GmbH:

  1. You can choose from the range arbitrarily and put goods into your shopping basket by clicking on the mouse button “Order”.
  2. You can change the content of shopping basket or empty it entirely.  The changes can be carried out using the mouse and keyboard entry. For this, please double-click with the left mouse button on the faulty entry and overwrite it. It can be emptied completely using the “Delete item” button. This way, all other entry errors can also be corrected.
  3. “Shopping basket”: Payment takes place on delivery with 3% cash discount (without COD fees when shipped with UPS), advance payment with 3% cash discount or net within 8 days. If you select the “COD” payment type, we will send you an order confirmation incl. the flat-rate shipping cost by e-mail and will submit your order for shipping as soon as possible. If you select the “Advance payment” payment type, we will send you an invoice copy, incl.
    flat-rate shipping costs, by e-mail. As soon as the invoice amount is received on our bank account, we will send your order. Voucher data can be entered using the keyboard. By clicking on the “Send” button, your voucher will be registered for this order.
  4. “Order”: Click on this button, if you would like to order the contents in your shopping basket. If you do not yet have a customer account with us, please enter your customer details in the designated mandatory fields. If you already have a customer account with us, please log on with your user name and password. After you have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions, you can send your order.
  5. “Address details”: You can see an overview of all details here again, which you entered for your order. Confirm these details, if all information has been saved correctly.
  6. The receipt of the order is displayed directly for you on a web page, after sending the order. The contract conclusion takes place after acceptance of the order by us and dispatch of an e-mail confirmation, which contains the order number.
  7. If you cancel the order as long as the item has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel your order.
